I write at the intersection of ministry leadership, discipleship, coaching, theology, and spiritual formation.
Much of my work comes from a simple question: What can we learn from the way people grow and develop in other areas of life that might help us think more intentionally about developing people and leaders in the Church?
Sometimes that means exploring leadership and discipleship through the lens of coaching and sport science. Other times it means wrestling with Scripture, theology, culture, or the everyday realities of following Jesus.
My Substack is where I publish my latest writing, including Ministry Leadership T.I.P.s, Ministry Leadership Tools, longer reflections, and articles exploring faith, leadership, discipleship, coaching, and formation.
The goal is not simply to talk about ministry, but to provide ideas and practical tools that help leaders develop people, strengthen ministries, and serve the Church well.
